The first project was a particularly distressed and complex one. It involved careful and ongoing engagement with council, as well as challenging concrete construction methodologies. We had the pleasure of KMB Construction working for us to develop our site and building 3 new townhouses in Sunnyvale and moving the original house to the back of the section. It all looked quite complicated before KMB pitched in and took over the project for us providing end to end service from all consents to issue of titles and completing the construction. They are a team of really competent project managers, consultants and subcontractors. The company has really good understanding and experience in residential construction and knows what they are doing. When I planned to build a house next to our old one I approached a few companies including GJ Gardeners When my Bank Manager recommended I talk to KMB that’s when I contacted them and here we are. Th reason for going with KMB was not only the price but the fact that we were not going to move out find accommodation as the other companies suggested we move the old house back or forward to built another one but KMB made it so we didn’t have to move the old house saving us a lot of money if we had to find another accommodation while constructions are carried out. Then Covid hit that’s when things stalled but eventually when lock down were eased work carried out and here we were moved into our new built house for Christmas last year so thank for the Christmas present. Everything was made easy no stress was put on me they did everything from the start to finish. We have not finished yet, we have more projects on the drawing board but we won’t be going to anyone else. I do recommend KMB to anyone who is looking to built as they’re very professional at what they do.

They built a 5 bedroom house for us a couple of years ago in papatoetoe and have been nothing but accommodating it’s very hard to find a company who will go out of there way for you these days but these guys did and still do and we love the job they did for us .They are more like friends than a building company I whole heartily recommend them for any new build you are planning
